User cannot open Instance record detail view

Description

Overview: User cannot view Instance record details but sees infinite loading animation (happening on Snapshot and Snapshot-2)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. User is in the Inventory app

  2. Search for any valid Instance record

  3. Click found Instance title to open Instance detail view

Expected Results: Instance detail view is open on the third pane

Actual Results: Third pane keeps loading

Additional Information:
When opening any Instance record's detail view on Snapshot, a request to /perms/users fails due to x-okapi-tenant header having 'undefined' value

Hi This is broken all of a sudden in Snapshot and Snapshot-2. Could someone take a look at it ASAP? Users cannot view details of an Instance. Thank you so much!
