What to do with templates in Inventory?

1. Bib record chosen to the template should have:

   • suppress from Discovery: ON

   • staff suppress: ON

2. Few doubts:

• If someone will switch (replace) bib record in the template then suppress from Discovery / Staff suppress should be changed to OFF or it should be still ON?

• There is no delete instance option. But if it appears do we allow to delete bib rec which is related to template?

• We need to protect and prevent from Overlay and Data import on bib rec which is used as a template?

• Do we allow to add holdings to the record which is used as a template?

• How to easy will be find record which is used as a template? Do we need to add searching tool Inventory / Used as a template? Similar to Staff suppress ?
