Description

Spelling of the "fulfillmentPreference" parameter in requests endpoints in mod-circulation has had it's spelling corrected. The front end will also need to change spelling to access and send the parameter.

The new interface version of circulation (14.0) will also need to be added to the compatibility listing.

Aha, I see. In this case, can this ticket be renamed to smth like Upgrade circulation interface to v14.0?

It may not be. However, the interface version of the circ interface has incremented to a new version number (14.0). It's my understanding that when this happens, wether the specific change matters or not, the interface number in the package file needs to be updated.
