Browse - retain browse query

Description

Requirement 1 

Given a user browses contributors/subjects/call numbers

When they go to view search results

OR take any action such as create/edit/view/delete an instance/holdings/items record 

OR conducts another search 

AND returns to the Browse 

Then retain the browse query, browse list, and page they are on 

Because not retaining this information is actually a painful user experience 

 

Requirement 2: Search and Browse behavior should be similar to the Orders app > Order and Order lines tab whereby search and browse queries are retained until the user clears or resets search.
