Fast Add an Instance record - UX consistency: Use Save & close button label stripes-component translation key

Translations in "New fast add record" refer with the ui-plugin-create-inventory-records plugin. I think we need a separate task for this. It is better to create a similar task for each plugin.

QA note: also test with "New fast add record" in Inventory after fix.

One page still have Save and Close and that is New Fast add

You can access this action on the Inventory results (second pane) > Actions menu > New fast add 

Verified on Snapshot-1 - works as expected

Button for saving and closing record is called "Save & close" anywhere in Inventory app (when creating/editing/deriving/duplicating Instance/Holdings/Item records).

Also verified the name of this button is the same in other applications (used Agreements, MARC authority apps as examples).
