Create a new instance search option. Authority UUID

Requirements

• Create a new instance search option called: Authority UUID 

• Display Authority UUID search option right after Instance UUID search option

• Selecting this search option should  only return instance/bib records that are linked to that authority record UUID (also known as has $9 populated with that UUID)

Given I select the search option Authority UUID 

When I enter an Authority UUID value 

Then return all records that have that authority UUID linked to a bib field (aka have that UUID populated as $9 for a bib field)
