Rename the Call number search option, and reorder the order of search options (Instance segment)

Description

Overview: In the holdings and Item segment the search options order to be UX consistent with the Instance segment.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into FOLIO Snapshot as User diku_admin

  2. Go to Inventory

  3. Select the Instance segment. View the order of search options

Expected Results:
Search option Call number is to have a label which is clear and correct. The label is to be changed to:
Effective call number (item), shelving order
Search option Effective call number (item), shelving order is to be listed in the order with other content and subject types of searches.

Actual Results:
The search option Call number (the old and wrong label) are listed below Query search.
