Purpose: Create a permission that allows users to mark an instance for deletion.

Login to FOLIO Snapshot
Given the Inventory module
When enabled
Then a logical permission should be provided called "Inventory: Mark instances for deletion"
Scenario
Given User A has been given the permission "Inventory: Mark instances for deletion"
When User A accesses FOLIO
Then:
The Inventory app should be visible in the top navigation bar
The drop down action menu for the instance record will be (in that order, all actions are active, and set in black text):
Instance
Edit instance
Duplicate instance
Mark instance for delete
Move items within an instance
Move holdings/items to another instance
Overlay source bibliographic record
View source (only if there is an underlying source record, e.g. a MARC record in SRS)

Story
Inventory app should be fully accessible to User A, meaning User A can:
Search and filter instance, holdings and item records
View Instance record in detailed screen
View associated holdings records in detailed screen
View associated item records in detailed screen
Create instance records by click on 'New'
Edit instance records by click on Pen icon or use the action drop down menu. Click on Edit
Create new instance by duplicate of an existing record - using the action drop down menu. Click on Duplicate
View and create the instance record in Edit mode
Save and update the created instance record
Mark any instance for delete - using the action drop down menu. Click on Delete
Scenario
Given User A has been given the permission "Inventory: Delete instances" as part of a custom permission set
When User A accesses FOLIO
Then User A should have all rights normally conferred by this permission (see scenario 2) plus whatever additional rights conferred by the users custom permission set.
