Bugfest. Inventory. First pane. Missing lines above Language (instance) and Statistical code (instance / holdings / item)

Description

Overview: Cosmetic bug

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to FOLIO snapshot as user diku_admin

  2. Go to Inventory

  3. In the Instance segment / Holdings segment / Item segment

  4. View the first pane

Expected result:
There is a line between Effective location (item) and Language in the Instance segment.
There is a line between Suppress from discovery and Statistical code in all three segments (Instance, Holdings, Item)

Actual result:
The lines are missing when viewing the Instance segment, and when viewing the Holdings segment and the Item segment one line is missing.

Maybe we are able to do this work next week - during the Smoke test?
Otherwise we must move it to Morning Glory, if no other team will grab the work.
