Bugfest. Instance. The Save and close button is slow/non-responsive (sometimes) and results in multiples being saved

Description

Scope: Fix the button so it's not possible to click twice

Overview: While doing misc. test in Bugfest-Honeysuckle (https://bugfest-honeysuckle.folio.ebsco.com/) in Inventory, then the Save and close button, acts frozen, or not responsive, which results in creating multiple instances.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO Bugfest-Honeysuckle as User chawhi (pwd: chawhi)

  2. Go to instance with Instance HRID: in00000028702

  3. Duplicate the record, edit the title, click on Save and close.

Expected Results:
The Save and close button works with no delay, and I get one duplicate.

Actual Results:
Sometimes the button seems unresponsive, and then when clicking the second time after maybe 20 sec. then multiple instances are created:
In total four records: ABA journal. (CW testing UIIN- 1324), which have individual instance HRIDs but the same metadata timestamp for Record last updated, and Record created.

This was observed, when testing https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIIN-1324#icft=UIIN-1324 (11/13/2020)

Manual test in FOLIO Bugfest environment https://bugfest-honeysuckle.folio.ebsco.com/, version @folio/inventory 5.0.5, using Chrome.

All works as expected, and the Save and close button responds immediately, and I do not get multiple instance records saved. I'll close the ticket as done.
