Overview: Edit in quickMARC should be grayed out when View Source is grayed out

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into FOLIO bug fest

  2. In Inventory, select the Action dropdown

Expected Results: When View Source is grayed out (unavailable due to SRS issue) Edit in quickMARC should be grayed out too

Actual Results: When View Source is grayed out (unavailable due to SRS issue) Edit in quickMARC is not grayed out

and Tested in Bugfest (accidentally). When I updated a record using QM, View source and Edit in QM both greyed out. I think it's because I accidentally (temporarily) broke PubSub. See attached screenshot. Closing this ticket.
