Accessibility Error: IDs of the elements must be unique

Description

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Inventory App, open any Instance record with at least two Holdings (for example, ABA Journal)
2. Run "axe". (Screenshots attached).

IDs of the elements must be unique

How to fix
Fix the following:

  • Document has active elements with the same id attribute

  • Document has multiple static elements with the same id attribute

Notes:

Hi Just wanted to doublecheck this - see above note - is this ready to be tested/closed, does it still need additional work, or does it need an additional story? Apologies if we already talked about it and I forgot. If it's not in the comments, it disappears from my brain sometimes!

Hi It looks like there's no PRs for anything on this bug yet. Is that correct? Probably cleanest to close this one as "Cannot reproduce" and create a new bug for the children/parents issue. Do you want me to do that, or are you comfortable doing it. You can just clone this one and edit it.

As for the children/parents - are you able to fix it, or do we need to leave it for another team? If you can do it, great! If not, please assign it to Prokopovych dev team.
