Bulk Request Items

Purpose: Would be nice to be able to request multiple items within an Instance at one time. For example, if I want to request a range of items (e.g. multiple volumes of a given title). Discussed this with the RA SIG and we thought the workflow might look like this:

1. Search for a title in a general inventory search utility

2. View title and all corresponding items

3. Bulk select items to be requested

4. Generate requests

This does need to generate multiple requests - one for each item. Need to think through the UX.

This is currently blocked by work on requests and inventory.
