Background:
In the Change card number workflow, the user should not be able to fill in/edit a libary card number, if the idm account is not active. A check will be implemented in the idm, but Folio users should not see the problem only after entering a number and saving.
Scope:
On opening a record's "Edit libary card number" pane, the app should check that the account status.
If
the user can enter a library card number as before.
Else
the field "Library card number" is deactivated and greyed out
a red message field displays
"No active contract. Account status = {accountState}. Please resolve contract status."
