The right details pane of a walk-in contract record should display a menu "Actions", with the entry "Edit".

This opens an edit view of the record (designed like the create view), where every field exept the uni login can be changed. 

The save buttons are, as in the edit mode, "Save" and "Save & transfer to IDM", the latter sending a put request to the idm API.
