There are different requirements for date formats:

API 

The IDM API only accepts the basic ISO date format "YYYYMMDD".

The data transmitted to the API therefore has to be formatted accordingly.

UI

The UI should display the date according to the locale's settings, as it is done in most Folio apps (eg agreements, users):

• "YYYY-MM-DD" for english locale

• "DD.MM.YYYY" for German locale
