ui-finc-config: Fix update resources bug for MetadataSources and MetadataCollections

Updating resources in SASQ is not always working fine (check for MetadataSources and MetadataCollections).

• Its not showing the “No results found. Please check your filters.“ message, instead its just showing the loading spinner.

• Also the DetailView should open, if the list of result has just one record.

• it should show more results if a search string or a filter is removed
  
  

For ui-finc-select we are still using the class componant for accessing the prev.source.totalCount();
