Due to complexities in managing groups with multiple ledgers and potentially fiscal years, the ability to allocate to budgets by group is being deferred to a future release. Existing tools for this should be hidden from view.

Scenarios

1. Remove “Batch allocation tools” section from Group tab in Finance

   • Given user is in the Finance App → Group tab

   • AND user has selected a Group

   • When user clicks the Actions menu

   • Then “Batch allocation tools” does NOT appear

   • AND actions associated with Batch allocation tools (Batch allocation, download worksheet, upload worksheet, logs) do NOT appear

2. Remove Actions menu from Group pane

   • Given user is in the Finance app

   • When user clicks on the Group tab

   • Then a “New” button appears

   • AND “Actions” does NOT appear

   • AND there is no option to view batch allocation logs.
