Preconditions:

• "Allow user to select locations from other affiliations for central orders" option should be checked (active) in "Settings" -> "Consortium manager" -> "Central ordering" in Central tenant

• One active restricted by location Fund exists on the Central tenant (any locations for any tenants selected).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to https://bugfest-ramsons-consortium.int.aws.folio.org/ as a user with affiliations in Central, any Member tenant and the following permissions:

   1. Finance: View, edit fund and budget - in Both tenants

   2. Settings (Consortia): Can view network ordering - in Central tenant

2. Go to "Finance" app

3. Search for a fund from Preconditions, open it

4. Click on “Actions” → Select “Edit“ option

Expected Results: “Locations“ accordion contains names of the locations as specified in Preconditions. For each tenant (for which location was added) there is a separate accordion with header name equal to tenant name.

Actual Results: “Locations“ accordion contains "Invalid reference" texts instead of names of the locations. There is only one tenant accordion which does not have header name.
