Display ledger detail for funds in transaction modal

Description

Purpose:
Allow users to browse the financial structure of FOLIOs finance application by Fiscal year, in a hierarchical list

Scenarios:

  1. Display funds under related ledger name (Transfer):

    • Given user is viewing Transfer modal over top of budget view

    • When user selects To OR From dropdown

    • Then all funds are displayed in dropdown under their respective ledger name

  2. Display funds under related ledger name (Move allocation):

    • Given user is viewing Move allocation modal over top of budget view

    • When user selects To OR From dropdown

    • Then all funds are displayed in dropdown under their respective ledger name
