UX: Spacing of rollover buttons on Finance app

Description

Purpose:

User story statement:

As a staff person working in the Finance app,
I want to see two buttons at the bottom of the Rollover screen
so that I can choose to Test rollover or proceed directly to Rollover.

Button spacing:

Ideally there will be about 15 pixels of white space between the buttons. This will allow the user to easily select the button they want and not accidentally select the wrong one.
