Incorrect fund name in the toast message for successful moving allocation

Overview:

Fund name FROM which allocation was moved is displayed in successful toast message instead fund name TO which money was transferred

Preconditions:

1.A user with following permissions is logged in:

• Finance: Create allocations

• Finance: View fund and budget

• Finance: View ledger

2.Active ledger for existing current fiscal year is created

3."Fund A" = active fund having money allocation related to created ledger from Preconditions item #2. No "Move allocation" operations were performed in current FY for created fund

4."Fund B" = active fund having money allocation related to created ledger from Preconditions item #2, "Transfer to" field contains "Fund A" value. No "Move allocation" operations were performed in current FY for created fund

5.A user is on "Fund" pane with search results for created "Fund B" from Preconditions item #4.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on "Fund B" name

2. Click on active budget for current fiscal year in "Current budget" accordion

3. Click "Actions" button -> Select "Move allocation" option

4. Specify "From" field with "Fund B"

5. Specify "To" field with "Fund A"

6. Specify "Amount" field not exceeding budget allocated amount

7. Click "Confirm" button

Expected Results: Successful toast message "<Amount from Step #6> was successfully allocated to the budget "Fund A""
Actual Results: Successful toast message "<Amount from Step #6> was successfully allocated to the budget "Fund B""
