Referring to test case T11317 Test the search and filter options for funds

To be consistent with the other search option in the Finance App (fiscal year/ledger/group): in the fund tab the option “All” (or “Keyword”) is missing

*Expected Results: seeing the search options in tabs fiscal year/ledger/group in the Finance App I would expect a search option “All” (or “keyword”) as well to be consistent – this would be the search option for the description field in fund tab

*Actual Results: search option is missing
