@Denys Bohdan, I cannot reproduce this issue on testing. Closing ticket.

Hi @Khalilah Gambrell I can't seem to reproduce this. What I did is:
Create a new user
Assign them to a set of KB credentials
Create Access Status Types
Give them only one set of permissions - "UI: eHoldings module is enabled"
Go to Package/Resource View/Edit and check if Access Status Types are visible
Are these the correct steps?

Blocked due to issues with logging in with a new test user

I am using snapshot load

User's permission : None of the access status types settings permissions are assigned
Login as the user without those permissions
Search for a selected package or resource
Actual outcome: As expected, Settings > Access status types does not display BUT on Create/Edit/View Custom Package does not display Access status types AND Edit/View Managed Package/Managed Resource/Custom Resource does not display Access status types
