, I cannot reproduce this issue on testing. Closing ticket.

Hi I can't seem to reproduce this. What I did is:

  1. Create a new user

  2. Assign them to a set of KB credentials

  3. Create Access Status Types

  4. Give them only one set of permissions - "UI: eHoldings module is enabled"

  5. Go to Package/Resource View/Edit and check if Access Status Types are visible

Are these the correct steps?

Blocked due to issues with logging in with a new test user

Khalilah Gambrell June 11, 2020 at 9:00 PM

I am using snapshot load

  • I have assigned user to a set of KBs

  • AND Access Status types configured

  • User's permission : None of the access status types settings permissions are assigned

  • Login as the user without those permissions

  • Search for a selected package or resource

Actual outcome: As expected, Settings > Access status types does not display BUT on Create/Edit/View Custom Package does not display Access status types AND Edit/View Managed Package/Managed Resource/Custom Resource does not display Access status types

Expected outcome: As expected, Settings > Access status types does not display AND on Create/Edit/View Custom Package display Access status types AND Edit/View Managed Package/Managed Resource/Custom Resource display Access status types
