View Title+Package - Display Custom labels and allow users to enter data

As an electronic resource librarian
I want to be able to view custom label values set by my library
So that I have additional details about this title

Custom Label Value Requirements

– View Custom Title + Package Detail

– View Managed Title + Package Detail (if selected)

• If no value has been set for a custom label then display a dash AND offscreen hidden text should read [No value set.]

• Create a Custom labels Accordion

  • Custom label accordion should display after Resource information accordion on all View Title+Package Detail Records

Acceptance Criteria

Given I am viewing the title-package detail record for Harvard Business Review in Business Source Complete Package

WITH the Access availability custom label
When a value has been saved to that label
Then display value

Given I am viewing the title-package detail record for Harvard Business Review in Business Source Complete Package
WITH the Access availability custom label
When no value has been saved to that label
Then display a dash
AND offscreen hidden text should be [No value set.]
