Steps

1. Open https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com/

2. Login

3. Navigate to Apps - eHoldings

4. Switch to Providers tab and search for "life"

5. Click on the only the search result

6. Click on the title at the top - click Full View

7. Click Edit icon at the top right

8. Select another value in the proxy dropdown

9. Click Save at the top right. Package Full View page appears

10. Click Close button at the top left

Expected result

After clicking Close button search results page should appear. Edit modal shouldn't be shown again

Actual result
After editing provider details and clicking Close button on the Full View page, Edit form is shown again. In order to return to the search results page, user should click Close button again.
