Package: Search within Titles popup: Selection Status is not working

Description

Can be reproduced on snapshot AND https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com. Use `folio/folio user`

  1. Go to Package

  2. Search Knovel, Academic, Oil & Gas Engineering (https://folio-snapshot.aws.indexdata.com/eholdings/packages/228-3499)

  3. Search within list of titles

  4. Change dropdown from Title to Subject

  5. Enter Geology in search box

  6. Under Selection Status choose Not Selected

Expected Outcome = All titles in the package that contains subject : Geology AND not selected

Actual Outcome: Zero results

Lowered to P3 as discussed with as it's not something depending on Spitfire team.

, as there is no work for Spitfire under this issue, let's leave it in the backlog until it is ready for you to review.
Without any estimate and being outside of any sprints, it won't affect any stats of Spitfire.

Not sure what to do with this story as there is no work for Team Spitfire. We need HoldingsIQ work. , is it okay to block and know that the only work is for me to test?

Confirmed issue of 0 results is an issue in HoldingsIQ

If we issue the following GET request

https://api.ebsco.io/rm/rmaccounts/ns187805/vendors/228/packages/3499/titles?searchfield=subject&selection=notselected&resourcetype=all&searchtype=advanced&search=Geology&offset=1&count=25&orderby=relevance

We get 0 results returned

If we then issue a similar request (note only difference is selection=all vs selection=notselected)

On second set of results we get 75 results

https://api.ebsco.io/rm/rmaccounts/ns187805/vendors/228/packages/3499/titles?searchfield=subject&selection=all&resourcetype=all&searchtype=advanced&search=Geology&offset=1&count=25&orderby=relevance

The first record in response shows status isSelected=false

Note – there is also additional issue due to 0 results returned (but this is being addressed by back end)
