Display the Provider Name/Package Name/Title + Package Name that the user is creating the note
Display an "X" in the upper lefthand corner.
If the user has made any changes to the form then display the Unsaved changes modal
If the user has not made a change then do not create a note and return user to previous page
Save behavior Given I edit a note When I click Save Then return me to previous page AND the note under the Notes accordion should have an updated date+time stamp and if applicable updated by person AND update Notes badge count

When user clicks New button on Provider/Package/Resource detail record then display the Create a note screen
