Tested on Snapshot environment:

1. eHoldings: Can select/unselect packages and titles to/from your holdings - works as expected.

2. “eHoldings: Can create and delete custom packages and titles” looks like I’ve found an issue:
   When user creating custom title and selecting Package to assign title with, we’re sending same request continuously

Hey - could you please review the issue from 2nd point? I’m not sure if it somehow connected to permission. If we need a separate ticket, please ping me.
I cannot reproduce it on Quesnelia bugfest.

Affected:
- eHoldings: Can select/unselect packages and titles to/from your holdings
- eHoldings: Can create and delete custom packages and titles
