Create custom title > Packages dropdown list does not display with the label

Description

  1. Go to snapshot

  2. Go to eholdings > Titles tab

  3. Hit New on second tab

  4. Click on Package dropdown

Actual outcome: Package dropdown list displays randomly on the page and not in context with the Package field label

Expected outcome: Package dropdown list should display in context with the field

Hey , it's not related to react18 because I can reproduce this on our consortia rancher which still uses react17

Probably some other changes to stripes components is what's causing it

Hey and - could this issue be related to react18 upgrade? I can only reproduce this issue on snapshot. Works as expected on Orchid bugfest.
