As a librarian who will be setting up mapping profile, I want to see the field associated with the item material type so that I can set details of my data transformation.

Q2 assumption: Inventory instance will always be associated with the mapping profile and all fields associated with the instance will be included

Given: the user wants to add transformation to the mapping profile
When: Select transformations form opens
Then: Items - Material type is added to the list of the field names

Note: Searching and filtering is outside the scope of this user story
