Data Export App - landing page - selecting file with UUIDs

Description

Purpose:
This is the landing page of the data export app and the look and feel should be similar to data import when possible. The app icon work is defined in: https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UX-349
The functionality covered by this user story includes selecting the file with UUID.

Scenario:
Given: Data Export Icon in the FOLIO navigation menu
When: the user clicks the icon
Then:user can select or drag and drop the file

Acceptance criteria:

  1. The user can select a file with instances UUIDs

  2. The user drag and drop with instances UUIDs

  3. The location of the selection file area is as specified on the mockup

  4. Selecting the file starts the export job

  5. Dragging the file starts the export job
