Settings - Data Export - Second pane - Fileld mapping profiles

Description

Under Settings ->Data export add "Profiles" group. The group will contain Field mapping profiles option.

Acceptance criteria

  1. The second pane contains the data export icon followed by "Data export" text

  2. Profiles subgroup is created and followed by the "i" icon (the same as in Data Import)

  3. Field mapping profiles option is added and contains field mapping profiles icon (the same as in Data Import)

The changes were deployed to testing env.

The popover text block is empty and the Learn more button links to https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/display/FOLIOtips/Creating+and+using+profiles (the same for ui-data-import). It can be easily updated in the future for our purposes.

Can we leave it blank for Q2? I would like to have it in place so we don't forget in the future but I would like to concentrate on the essential functionality first. If you think this might be misleading for the user we can remove "i" icon.

, upon click, on the information icon in Data Import, an information tooltip is shown. Is the same will take place for Data Export? If so what information message will look like?
