Bugfest - data export permission issue

Overview:
User with data export permissions cannot see the log list and access files generated by the export. I cannot recreate the issue in the snapshot environment
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a user that has only data export permissions:

Open

2. Login with as the user

Expected Results:
User can start the export, see the log of the executed jobs and access the files generated by the export

Actual Results:
User can start the export but cannot see the list of the executed jobs and cannot access the files generated by export
Additional Information:
U/p: dataexport/dataexport has been set up in Lotus bugfest with those two permissions in place.
