Data Export App - landing page - accessing the file generated by export

Description

Purpose:
The user should be able access the file generated by the completed export job from the list of completed jobs by clicking on the file name.

The mock for the landing page is located in: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1da7RedCp1tRVdHw4QGNnu9B0q8mQSGyA

Scenario:
Given: The landing page contains the list of completed export jobs
When: the user clicks the name of the generated file
Then: the file can be downloaded

Acceptance criteria:
Once the user clicks on the file name, the download of the files automatically starts
