Validation function validateRequiredFields works incorrectly after latest update

Description

Overview: page with error shows when validation appear for some fields in the data import settings

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin

  2. Navigate to the settings, data import

  3. Try to create new entity

  4. Focus Name field

  5. Click outside input field to cause blur event

Expected Results: App should continue to work :check_mark:

Actual Results: Page with error shows
