Finish filling out details and break into multiple stories

• Match create/edit

• Match view

• Field mapping create/edit (greyed out field)

• Field mapping view (unmappable)

Backend:

• If there is no MARC Holdings record in SRS, Holdings Source = FOLIO (that's true even if the Holdings is created or updated by a MARC Bib record)

• If there is a MARC Holdings record in SRS, Holdings Source = MARC, and most field of the Holdings are restricted from being edited in Inventory
