A-M made a mistake with this note field in the original field mapping story (); needs reworking

Purpose: To fix the details of Check in/check out field mapping field in the item record

As a staff person
I want to be able to input the correct field mapping data for the Item record Check in/check out field
So that I can create or update Inventory item records properly when importing MARC Bib records

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1

   • Given the Data Import field mapping profile Create/Edit screen for Incoming record type = MARC Bib, FOLIO record type = Item

   • When viewing the current "Circulation notes" repeatable field (see attachment 5 - Item field mapping Create-Edit CURRENT.PNG)

   • Then make the following changes (see attachment 6 - Item field mapping Create-Edit UPDATED.PNG)

     • Loan and availability accordion

       • Circulation notes header: Change to Check in / Check out notes

       • Selection action dropdown for repeatable field is OK

       • Note type Repeatable, with accepted values of

         • Check in note

         • Check out note

       • Note is OK

       • Staff only Checkbox is OK

       • [Note type, Note, and Staff only are added/removed together as repeatable fields]

2. Scenario 2

   • Given the Data Import field mapping profile View screen for Incoming record type = MARC Bib, FOLIO record type = Item

   • When viewing the current "Circulation notes" repeatable field (see attachment 7 - Item field mapping View CURRENT.PNG)

   • Then make the following changes (see attachment 8 - Item field mapping View UPDATED.PNG)

     • Loan and availability accordion

       • Circulation notes header: Change to Check in / Check out notes

       • Selection action dropdown for repeatable field is OK

       • Note type Should show one of these values:

         • "Check in note"

         • "Check out note"

         • or a MARC field mapping

       • Note is OK

       • Staff only Checkbox is OK

     • And Note type, Note, Staff only are displayed in the standard MCL view

     • And the fields are not editable

3. Scenario 3

   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing

4. Scenario 4

   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot
