User can't view job profile details while the file is being uploaded

Description

When user upload file and select job profile to import BEFORE the file was uploaded, the modal window about leaving the page is displayed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Upload big file to DI (can use the attached one)

  2. Select any job profile that appears in the list (can use the default “Default - Create instance and SRS MARC Bib”

Expected result: Modal window about leaving the page is NOT displayed. User CAN view the job profile details

Actual result: Modal window about leaving the page IS displayed. User CAN’T view the job profile details

Ticket verified on https://folio-perf-folijet-diku.ci.folio.org/ . Now user can see the details of the job profile even if the file is not uploaded yet. Moving ticket further

Sorry for the confusion, it appeared to be a UI issue, moved it to ui-data-import
