Purpose: Hide the field mapping profile checkboxes and the checkbox actions in the Data Import Field mapping profile settings, until a user can actually do something with them
As a staff person working with data import profiles
I do not want to see profile checkboxes in the Data Import settings pages, until I can do something with them,
So that I will not be confused
Scenarios
Scenario 1 :check_mark:
Given Settings/Data import/Field mapping profiles
When viewing the list of field mapping profiles
Then do not display the checkboxes next to each field mapping profile, or at the top of the list
NOTE Do not delete them; just hide them from the UI until they are useable
Scenario 2 :check_mark:
Given Settings/Data import/Field mapping profiles
When viewing the Action menu at the top of the list of field mapping profiles
Then do not display the following actions
Export selected
Select all
Deselect all
NOTE Do not delete them; just hide them from the UI until they are useable
