Description

Summary: Format values in the summary table with <NumberFormat> in order to display them in a locale-friendly way.

Details: Large numbers are easier to read when thousands separators are present. react-intl's <NumberFormat> handles this automatically.

Ticket verified on snapshot env. Currently on DI landing page and in Log details page thousands and more records are separated with the coma. Can see the attached screenshots.
