Overview: The behavior of the PO status field and Inventory interactions can be confusing. Add an information icon that helps to explain the behavior

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot-load as diku_admin

2. Go to Settings/Data import/Field mapping profiles

3. Start to create a new field mapping profile

   • FOLIO record type: Order

   • View the Purchase order status field

Expected Results:

• Purchase order status field should have an info icon on the create and edit screens

Actual Results:

• It doesn't

Additional Information:

• Text for the info icon: When Purchase order status is Pending, do not include any Inventory actions in the job profile. When Purchase order status is Open, include the desired Inventory actions in the job profile, preceded by the Create orders action
