Description

Purpose: To change the job profile name in the log summary into a hotlink

As a staff person working with Data import jobs and profiles
I want to be able to navigate from an import job summary line to the data import job profile that was used for its import
So that I can more easily understand the results in the log

Scenarios

  1. Scenario 1

    • Given the Data Import landing page

    • When viewing the list of completed jobs

    • Then make each Job profile's name into a hotlink

  2. Scenario 2

    • Given the Job profile name hotlink in a completed job's summary on the Data Import landing page

    • When a user clicks the hotlink

    • Then open the job profile details in View mode, in the same window (do not open a new tab or window)

  3. Scenario 3

    • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot

  • Add scenarios that cover the landing page and view all page

  • Open the job profile view in the same tab, not a new tab

Hello  

Ticket verified on snapshot env. User can view job profile details by clicking job profile name hotlink from the Data import landing page.

1. It's UI only.
2. No, performance should be OK, we will not send any additional requests to create hotlinks, we already have the necessary info from BE.

3. Let's split the story into 2 separate to be able to parallel the work.

Hi Please review this story - a few questions:

  1. Is it UI only, or will we need any BE changes to accommodate it?

  2. If we add these hotlinks, will it affect the performance of the Landing page or View all page in any big way?

  3. Is it OK to have Landing page and View all page in the same story, or should they be split into 2 separate stories?
