Purpose: As a staff person creating action profiles
I only want to see appropriate options for Actions and FOLIO record types
Since several existing options need updating (confirmed the MARC Holdings ones with Khalilah before UIDATIMP-1215 was done, but the MARC Authority ones need adjustment)

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1 :check_mark:

   • Given the Settings/Data import/Action profiles Create/Edit screen

   • When viewing the options for Action

   • Then adjust the language for the options in the dropdown menu as follows:

     • Create (all record types except MARC Authority or MARC Holdings) :check_mark:

     • Modify (MARC Bibliographic record type only) :check_mark:

     • No changes needed for the Update action :check_mark:

2. Scenario 2 :check_mark:

   • Given the Settings/Data import/Action profiles Create/Edit screen

   • When viewing the options for FOLIO record type

   • Then adjust the options in the dropdown list depending on the selected Action, as follows:

     • If NO action has been selected yet, then include ALL FOLIO record types and make them selectable :check_mark:

       • Except, do not display FOLIO record type MARC Holdings

       • NOTE: This is current behavior - no changes needed

     • If action is Create, then include ALL FOLIO record types and make them selectable :check_mark:

       • Except, do not display FOLIO record type MARC Authority

       • And do not display FOLIO record type MARC Holdings

       • And do not display FOLIO record type Order (see UIDATIMP-1231)

     • If action is Modify, then include only this record type and default it to selected: :check_mark:

       • MARC Bibliographic

     • If action is Update, then include only these record types, and make them all selectable :check_mark:

       • Instance

       • Holdings

       • Item

       • MARC Bibliographic

       • MARC Authority

       • NOTE: This is current behavior - no changes needed See UIDATIMP-1247 for slight change to MARC Authority Update field mapping screen

3. Scenario 3

   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80%+
