Change the status message for import jobs that are stopped by users

Purpose: For Data import jobs stopped by a user, change the summary status message from Failed to Stopped by user

As a staff person working with Data Import logs
When viewing a list of logs, I want different status terms for jobs that were stopped/failed by FOLIO versus jobs that were manually stopped by users
So that I can differentiate them easily

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1

   • Given the Data Import Landing page and View all page

   • When a user stops an import (by clicking the trash can next to the job in the "Running" area)

   • And the stopped job appears in the log of import jobs

   • Then replace the status of Failed with a status of Stopped by user

   • See attached Failed job-Stopped by user.png

   • NOTE: If a job is stopped by FOLIO rather than by a user, and does not Complete or Complete with errors, then continue to display the existing status of Failed
