Create a new Data import UI permission for deleting import logs

Purpose: Create a new UI permission called Data import: Can delete import logs

As a staff person dealing with Data import permissions
I want the delete log permission to be separate from other Import permissions
So that I can assign it to fewer users

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1

   • Given the Data Import permissions

   • When viewing the Data import permissions in the UI

   • Then create a new permission called Data import: Can delete import logs

2. Scenario 2

   • Given the Data Import UI permission named Data import: Can delete import logs

   • When that permission is assigned to a user

   • Then allow the user to

     • View the Data import Landing page, View all page, and all log details

     • Delete data import logs from the Data import Landing page and View all page

     • Be able to follow all hotlinks from the logs and log details

   • But disallow the user from

     • Uploading file to the drag and drop area of the landing page (grey out/disable drop zone and "choose files" button)

     • Stopping running jobs (hide the trashcan on any running job card)
