Description

As a librarian
I want to update authority records via data import

Page

  • Settings > Data Import > Action Profiles

Requirements

  • Apply to create and edit Action profile pages (see Screenshot 1)

  • Assume Duplicate and Delete functionality requires no additional work - But please confirm.

  • Enable MARC Authority in the FOLIO record type dropdown (see Screenshot 2)

  • When MARC Authority is selected in the FOLIO record type dropdown THEN Action dropdown should only display the option Update (all record types except Orders) selected

  • Remove Authority in FOLIO record type dropdown
