Overview: "Something went wrong" error appears when user is on Settings -> Developer -> Dependencies pane
Issue reproduces on following environments:
https://bugfest-sunflower.int.aws.folio.org/
https://folio-etesting-snapshot-diku.ci.folio.org/

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Settings -> Developer -> Dependencies

Expected result: Pane successfully opened.
Actual result: "Something went wrong" error appears.
