Bugfest Sunflower. Sort on column headers, e.g. Course name, does not work

Overview: When testing Bugfest Sunflower environment, I noticed that sort on course name does not work.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to FOLIO Bugfest environment https://bugfest-sunflower.int.aws.folio.org/ as user folio (password: folio)

  2. Go to the Courses app

  3. View the list of Courses

  4. Notice that they are not sorted alphabetically

  5. When clicking the column header Course name

Expected behavior:

The list is sorted alphabetically.

NOTE: As a user I expect the list to display all courses sorted alphabetically as default.

Actual behavior:

The sort of the Courses does not function.

When I add a new course it's just added at the end of the list of courses.

When I add a new item to an existing course it is also moved down to the end of the list. See German 101 in the screen dump below:

Thanks so much, ! I saw those linked issues, but they only mentioned sorting, not fixing the filter behavior that the ticket outlined, so I just wanted to verify the fix described in those two tickets fixed both sort and filter behavior. I hope that makes sense.

Hi - when you check then you see that following two UICR tickets address this issue:

adressed the Sunflower release, and is to be rolled out as a Ramsons CSP#2

So is a duplicate.

the behavior described in this ticket: It was closed as a duplicate and I thought based on the linking that this was the ticket that it may have duplicated (no explicit duplicate is linked).
