increment stripes to v7

Description

Summary: Update dependencies to their @folio/stripes v7-compatible versions, including React v17, in your package.json file.

  1. bump your app's major version (e.g. from 6.2.0 to 7.0.0)

  2. update dev-dependencies

  3. update peer-dependencies

NOTE: You will not be able to commit the above changes until Monday, September 13, 2021 when these changes are committed in the stripes-* repos. Until then, they will only be available on branches while we finalize the work. To test your app with these v7 changes before September 13, use the following:

, I made some investigations and found that, this bug related to new versions of 
@folio/stripes-acq-components or @folio/stripes/smart-components. In the end of that message, I want to know with whom I can communicate about that module ?

Hi . When I filter by Service Point Circ Desk 1, and I click on any of the item barcodes, they do not take me to the item record as expected. I get an error message. The Loan filters don't work, either. I try to select Check in or Check out and nothing happens. Please recheck to ensure the filters and links work throughout the application.
